here are some more specific things/characters i will/won't be drawing.
keep in mind that i have ADHD and the ships that i've specified that i will draw are what i tend to hyperfixate on and the ships i put in the "won't" section are ones that i simply have no real interest in drawing. it's not meant to dunk on them or other ships "just because" lol. as for the individual characters listed, they just make me uncomfortable. i want my work flow to be as enjoyable for me as possible, for the quality of my commissions to be as high as possible, and for the speed of which i do commissions to be as fast as i am capable. so PLEASE don't take any of these too personally (thumbs up emoji)

✦ TERMS OF SERVICE ✦

GENERAL:

❥ Commission form submissions will be personally picked out, commission queue will be in order of submission after selection
❥ Commissions that involve characters from media that I happen to be interested in will be drawn as my interpretation of them unless requested otherwise❥ All commissions will have a watermark and the customer is not allowed to ask for the watermark-free version. If the commission is posted, the watermark will be bigger to prevent others from using it❥ I have the right to deny any commission request❥ I won't be accepting text for reference, only visual (this includes color). Quality doesn't matter! This is just for ease of workflow❥ Commissions can be used and reposted by the customer but must give me credit❥ Commissions may NOT be used by anyone else but the customer or the person the customer has allowed them to use❥ Customers are NOT allowed to use commissions for monetary purposes❥ Commissions are absolutely NOT allowed to be sold as NFTs or anything of the sort❥ Commission will take around 1 week to 3 months to finish depending on the complexity of the commission. Timeframe may increase OR decrease depending on my workload with school as well as my health❥ I finish commissions in order of the queue, but I work on each commission in between each other. For example, I may be coloring one and sketching another. Commissions ahead in the queue will still be prioritized.❥ Updates will include an initial sketch update, a finished sketch update, and a color update. After each update, I will expect a response from the customer for any adjustment requests. If there are no requests, the commissioner must still reply to let me know I can continue with the piece.

PAYMENTS & REFUNDS:

❥ Customer will be sent an invoice via paypal and must pay through there❥ Payment will be upfront and through paypal only❥ Commission will not be started until it is paid❥ If the client is unable to pay their invoice after 96 hours, the commission will be cancelled (rule inapplicable if the client lets me know reasons why they can't pay immediately in advance)❥ Commission will not be refundable after sketch is finished and sent❥ Complicated designs may need additional payment, price may vary depending on complexity❥ Simple background is free❥ Detailed background (see example) will cost additional payment, fee will depend on complexity

ALTERATION REQUESTS:

❥ Sketch may be altered for free, though if multiple changes are requested, there may be a fee depending on how large the change is❥ Once the sketch is colored, the customer will be charged extra for any requested alterations UNLESS it is a simple change (ex. skintone, etc). Additional payment may increase depending on what is requested [non-sketch comms]❥ Alterations aside from colors/anything very minor are no longer allowed once the colored sketch is approved and rendering process has begun [non-sketch comms]
